Campanile Hotel Senlis - Senlis (Oise)

The spacious bathroom with a shower was a refreshing surprise after a long day of traveling.

The cleaning products used left a strong smell that lingered in the room for a couple of days.

Nice rooms with a separate entrance from garden or from a terasse. Everyting is in order, good breakfast.

The receptionist couldn't normally explain how to get a Wi-Fi access (wrote some illegible letters on paper instead of giving an information paper). Quite far from the city center.

The hotel was well located for us - we were meeting a group staying at Senlis, and traveling into Paris with them for the one day. The town itself is pretty and easily accessed. Has a laundromat, good patisseries and chololatiers, pubs and some restaurants. It is better for lunch than dinner midweek since most things close by 8 pm. The hotel was quiet, the rooms a reasonable size and have the amenities expected for the price range - certainly better in than out! The breakfast buffet was very good. The restaurant looks well priced - we didn't eat there due to the timing of our visit. Overall a good mid-priced stopover.

The hotel looks in need of a renovation. This has happened inside. The outside does put you off!

Air conditioning too noisy!!! Cleaning inconsistencies detracted from the overall comfort!!! Location lacks dining variety!!! Noise from the parking area was quite disruptive!!!

Location for the parc asterix site. Price was good compared to uk hotel

Eating dinner was not a good experience, orders were wrong and when they did get it right, 10 minutes later they realised they had run out of one dish! Bill was a complete cock up.

The staff were very good. I arrived at 2150 and dinner finished at 2200. I was told that I could still check into my room, stow my lugage etc and still have a meal if I wanted one from the non a la carte menu.

The restaurant was above average - quite good. Staff was helpful with a small problem. Location near and good access to DeGaulle airport was very helpful. Senlis is an attractive and historic city.

Nice styled hotel unit with comfortable beds. Rich and quick choice for breakfast. Perfect location on outskirts of beautiful town, in the comfortable area.

Amazing beds, but the restaurant was a letdown

I stayed here for one night and the mattress was the most comfortable I've encountered in ages, which really helped with my back pain. The automatic check-in was easy to use once I found the machine, and the room had all the essentials like a kettle and decent shower. Unfortunately, I was disappointed about the dining experience as I was turned away from the restaurant for dinner despite being assured there would be a table available.

We were very late to check in as we were delayed due to traffic and the staff had waited for us which was very much appreciated. Rooms are clean and tidy, plus they were able to provide us with adjoining rooms which was perfect

The service was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the parking was free of charge. However, at most we liked the dinner: delicious.

Staying here for a night while visiting Parc Asterix was a great choice. The rooms were comfortable, and I appreciated the spacious bathroom, especially after a long day. The nearby attractions, like the Archaeology Museum and the Roman Arenas, made for interesting excursions. There was a nice atmosphere throughout the hotel, and the automatic check-in was surprisingly easy. I did encounter a bit of a hiccup with the dining options. the coffee machine broke down in the morning.

The staff has been so helpful. We lost a mobile phone and they really went out of their way to help us get it back. All this with a smile and reassuring word to the person who lost it... We were told we would have a double bed and a single bed (we were 3), but it ended up being 3 single beds, which was much better.

We were 3 in the room and had to request a 3rd towell, a 3rd cup, a 3rd shower gel, which should have been in the room in the first place or at least given to us at reception (they did see we were 3). The 3rd bed was not of very good standard, even though mattress was comfortable enough.

Room not very clean. In-room wifi not working, and was not available when we checked in. I needed wifi for work communications, so we cut short our stay and checked out to go elsewhere.
